Why the heck is palm at 7.03 USD?

I bought some palm shares at 3.00 (anticipating the new pre would make the share rise) and they went up to almost 9 dollars, than a couple weeks ago they went down to around 7.30 and now they’re at 7.03. I would just like to know wat happened cuzim to lazy to do the research and i only thought of asking yesterday.
