What is a good smart phone to buy?

I belong to the verizon network and their business plan sucks. (30 a month) I want to get a smart phone to organize myself better and i need to be able to check and send emails. I really dont care for internet access too much though. First what is a good phone to buy and second what is a good carrier to buy from (preferably pay as you go for internet access)

    if internet is something that you don’t necessarily need, you might consider. the phone is pretty basic, but their service is impeccable and awesome. not sure if this is something you are looking at, but it might help you out a bit.

    For yourself httpwwwtmobilecom good service probably even better and phone good service probably even better and they have just as good luck.
