How do I strengthen my pre-broken wrist for sports?

I broke my wrist about a year or two ago. And when I play sports, football, paintball, etc.. I still feel as if it wont hold those conditions. Like if I put to much pressure on it, it will break again. Is there any theory I can do on my own? (Also the way I broke it is playing football and I fell, put my wrist down to catch myself, and broke it. I landed on the palm on my hand)

Go to a Physical Therapist - they can set you up on a strengthening program - Do forward and backward wrist curls with a dumbell

Drink lots of milk. Around 2 glasses a day. It’s proven to help ur bones and make them stronger. I’m 16 and I’ve been playing football and basketball all my life. I have never broken any thing and I played WR and QB. I would get hit constantly. Thanks to milk I’ve never broken a bone!
