Recently my world history teacher told the class that if you were born in 1994 or after you have to be 18 for a license. Of what I thought I knew was that the age was 16 still, but there were more qualifications, curfew, and only 1 teen passenger at a time. I am thoroughly confused could some one please clear this up for me?
