Does sprint require a deposit if you have NO credit?

i turn 18 within DAYS however i have been paying for my own phone and house for 2 years….. so before “stupid kid messing up his credit”

i am planning on getting the palm pre. however i want to know what to expect so has anyone tried/ gotten sprint when they had NO credit looking for personal experience thanks!
